The CCL Regulatory Competence Certificate for Senior Management
CCL have developed a regulatory programme of training and assessment, designed to teach and assess Senior Management on the key FSA regulations and their regulatory responsibilities.
After successfully completing the programme Senior Management will be competent in regulatory compliance issues. The training programme consists of 4 modules.
Each module consists of a 3 hour training course followed by an on-line 20 question multiple choice assessment. The multiple choice assessments use a unique ‘Confidence Assessment Tool’, which helps to remove the issue of candidates successfully guessing the answer.
In order to obtain the ‘CCL Regulatory Competence Certificate’ a pass mark of 80% must be achieved in each of the modular assessments.
The training and competence tests can also be tailored to your firm’s specific requirements.

1. Introduction to the UK Regulatory Environment
2. Introduction to the FSA's Conduct of Business Rules
4. Senior Management Arrangements Systems & Controls
Study Options:
The programme can be taken publicly at CCL’s offices or in-house at your offices.
Public Courses
All four of these courses are held on a regular basis at CCL's training facilities in the city. If you book all four courses at the same time you will be charged a special offer price of £999 (a discount of £447). To receive this discount your order must be placed over the phone.
In-House Courses
The training can be conducted at your offices at dates and times convenient for you. The training sessions can be arranged to take place either over a two day period or can be spread over an appropriate number of half days. Access to the on-line test is made available over the internet on the day following each module.
