Introduction to the FSA's Conduct of Business Rules

This course provides an overview of the major areas within the FSA’s Conduct of Business Rules (COBS); most notably Client Categorisation, Best Execution, Communicating with Clients including Financial Promotions, Client Agreements and the Suitability and Appropriateness rules. The course aims to provide a high-level introduction to all of these areas, and more, so that, following attendance, delegates will feel familiar with this large, and crucial, part of the FSA Handbook.
