The course is designed to provide delegates with an understanding of the current FSA rules, and the obligations that are imposed on regulated firms. You will be shown what needs to be considered as content for a Best Execution Policy and which would stand Regulatory scrutiny.
The course will cover, in detail, the best execution rules, including relationships with all clients including Professionals. The course will set out how a firm complies with its ‘Obligation’ to provide its clients with best execution as well as illustrating what a Best Execution Policy might look like.
