CCL offer AML training courses designed to cater for staff of all experience levels within the financial services industry:

3 Hour Comprehensive course - for staff with little or no previous training on the UK AML regime.

Attendance at these courses will satisfy the requirement from the Money Laundering Regulations on the firm to ensure their staff are aware of the UK Anti-Money Laundering regime. The training provides staff with an understanding of the requirements under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 that came into force on 15th December 2007 and includes reference to the FSA Handbook, their regulatory objective and enforcement actions.  The course also includes reference to the latest issue of the JMLSG best practice guidance that received Treasury Approval on 18th December 2007.

In order to comply with the requirements and ensure staff achieve and maintain an appropriate level of competence, each attendee will be requested to take our on-line competency test.  The results of the test are made available to the firm's MLRO.
