CCL offer AML training courses designed to cater for staff of all experience levels within the financial services industry:

2 Hour Refresher Course - targeted at individuals who have a good basic knowledge of the UK's AML regime.

Attendance at these courses will satisfy the regulatory requirement on the firm to ensure their staff are regularly made aware of the UK Anti-Money Laundering regime.  The training refreshes awareness of the requirements under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 that came into force on 15th December 2007. It includes reference to the FSA Handbook, regulatory objectives and enforcement actions.  The course also includes reference to the latest issues of the JMLSG and other regulatory best practice guidance including those that have received Treasury Approval.
In order to comply with the requirements and ensure staff achieve and maintain an appropriate level of competence, each attendee will be requested to take our on-line competency test.  The results of the test are made available to the firm's MLRO.
