The IT in Investment Operations (ITIO) qualification has been developed in response to industry requests for a practical and relevant examination for IT practitioners working in the financial services sector.

The qualification will be of particular interest to those who are new to the industry, or who are hoping to move into the financial services industry. The ITIO provides firms with a benchmark from which to assess an employee’s knowledge and competence and offers those engaged in IT a broader understanding of the information technology needs of a firm in this sector.

ITIO and the IAQ™

Candidates can choose to take the ITIO qualification as a stand alone award. Alternatively, the ITIO can also be taken as one of the 3 units comprising the globally recognised Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ™).
